Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting for 2023 will be on Thursday, 26th October commencing at 4:00pm.
The Meeting will be held on Thursday, 26th October 2023 at 4:00pm at the Tops Function Room, Armidale Bowling Club, 92-96 Dumaresq Street, Armidale.
This Meeting will be a Hybrid Meeting, allowing attendees to appear in person or by Zoom. This format of meeting complies with Clause 12. a) vii of the NNWCLS Constitution, registered and effective from 9th December 2020.
Clause 12. a) vii Meetings may be Face to Face, Hybrid or Virtual
- Virtual meetings – online/telephone attendance only, with all participants taken to be present at the meeting. Votes at such a meeting must be taken from participants in real time.
